Cem Davran, 1964 yılında İstanbul'da doğdu. Dizi ve Sinema oyuncusu, sunucu. Babası Mehmet Davran da tiyatrocudur.Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Elektrik Mühendisliği mezunudur.
