Kazuhiro Nakaya (中谷 一博, Nakaya Kazuhiro, February 13, 1979) is a Japanese voice actor from Nakafurano, Hokkaido prefecture. He belongs to Intention, previously he was affiliated with Stardas 21. His wife is voice actress Rinko Hayashi (林 りんこ).
