Biography
Rod Brogan (born December 12, 1973, in New York City) is an American actor and voice actor. He is known for starring as series' regular Chip Russell in the first season of the CBS sitcom "Major Dad" and as Tripp Tucker on the ABC soap opera "One Life to Live".
