From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Brandon Ratcliff was born April 14, 1998 in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He relocated with his mother, Tonni Ratcliff from Highland Park, Illinois an affluent North Shore suburb of Chicago in 2003 to Los Angeles at the age of four to pursue an acting career and he currently resides in Studio City, California.
