Anchovy Physical Camp: We are uncut gems! Choi Daniel, DinDin, Jonathan, and O3ohn are four men with big dreams but little endurance. Join these "anchovies," who are all form and no function, as they face 12 hours of grind mode and hellish workout missions. Their only ray of hope is the reduction game. Failure to complete missions on time means no future for them. They must do whatever it takes to win this brutal battle, whether their opponents are themselves or the production crew.
